Wednesday, June 17, I met Jake and Trudye in Neenah for their engagement session. Exactly one year to that date they will be celebrating their 2016 union with a Star Wars themed wedding. I can't wait to capture the details as the day unfolds. I was told light sabers and Storm Troopers were included in the details. I wonder if Luke's father was invited? Thank you Trudye and Jake for including me in your special day and having me capture the love and friendship you have for one anther. I must end this paragraph by adding…..may the force be with you. XOXO

Collett Boys~3 months and growing
3 months ago these little fellows came into the world with 3 big brothers to help nurture and care for them. Their bothers must be doing a good job because they have grown quite a bit. They share their smiles when spoken to and are starting to use their babble to share stories of their own. It's been a pleasure watching Lisa and Brandon's family expand. I remember their engagement session and can't believe that was 5 boys ago. Enjoy your wee ones as they are.
Nissen Family
I met the Nissen family on the CityDeck near Hagameister Park. The sun was bright but there are many niches within the area to work with; from patches of grass, benches, to the brick and mortar…the possibilities are endless. The highlight after the formal photos were complete was when the boys were unleashed in the SplashPad. The photographs show the viewer that they had a blast and truly enjoyed themselves. Thank you Melissa and Pat having me capture your precious boys. Enjoy!
Van Ark Family
Yesterday I had the pleasure to photograph Michelle and Randy and family, including Dora their 14 year old lab. She was as animated as the kids. They started out wearing Packer attire representing our local NFL team. Dora was a princess in her green and gold collar.
I would like to thank Michelle's parents for getting the kids (and Randy…wink wink) to smile for their last family photo. I'm not sure what was going on behind me but the kids were enjoying the entertainment which made for some candid smiles. Thank you for having me.
